Sacred Words of Brahmaleen Yogiraj Pujya Shri Devraha Baba

In the back of the cow resides Brahma Ji, in the neck Lord Vishnu, in the mouth Lord Shiva, and in every pore dwell sages, great sages, and deities. Goddess Lakshmi, with her eight divine powers, resides in cow dung. The cow has immense glory - wherever the cow's feet touch, deities reside there.

For removing poverty from India and making India prosperous, cow protection is extremely necessary. Whether Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Parsi, Jewish, or English - everyone should be ready for cow protection. I lovingly say that now all the stigma of India will be erased, now cow slaughter will stop, there is no doubt about it.

"If someone sows thorns for you, you sow flowers for them. You have flowers, while they have tridents.

Param Pujya Gurudev Acharya Sri Sri 1008 Jayram Prapannachary Ji Maharaj

Param Pujya Gurudev Acharya Sri Sri 1008 Jayram Prapannachary Ji Maharaj, the founder of the Shri Hindu Dharma Raksha Samiti, is widely known as Shri Ramrekha Baba. He became famous throughout the region for his renunciation, penance, and service. His continuous noble efforts led to great popularity in activities aimed at promoting social awareness, religious awakening, and spiritual upliftment in the area.

Birth and Introduction

He was born into a Brahmin household on Shravan Shukla Chaturdashi, Vikram Samvat 1953, corresponding to 28 August 1896, as the fourth child in the village Kulundi, under Gaudapali police station, in the Sambalpur district of Odisha. He received his primary education from Gaudapali Primary School and later passed his secondary examination from Deogarh.

During his adolescence, he was actively involved in the freedom struggle of India. He joined Subhas Chandra Bose's Indian National Army (Azad Hind Fauj) and steadfastly contributed to the independence movement.

Renounced Life

In the year 1928, after passing his secondary exams, he left home with a Vamamargi (left-path) ascetic. Traveling across various regions of Odisha, Bihar, and Bengal, he eventually reached the Dwarkadhish Temple in Kashi (Varanasi) in 1935. There, he came into contact with Swami Janardan Acharya Ji and received initiation (diksha) from him.

Swami Janardan Acharya Ji was the fifth guru of the Ramanuja Sampradaya (sect). The lineage of this tradition begins with: 1.Swami Srinivas Acharya (First Guru) 2.Swami Nrisingh Acharya (Second Guru) 3.Swami Krishna Acharya (Third Guru) 4.Swami Ramgopal Acharya (Fourth Guru) 5.Swami Janardan Acharya (Fifth Guru)

Among the prominent disciples of Swami Janardan Acharya were Swami Ohbal Prapannacharya and Swami Jayaram Prapannacharya. After the passing of Swami Janardan Acharya, Swami Ohbal Prapannacharya became the sixth guru, who became world-renowned as Devaraha Baba. After Devaraha Baba attained Brahma Nirvana (left his mortal body), his spiritual brother Swami Jasram Prapann Ji Maharaj became the seventh guru, who came to be known as Shri Ramrekha Baba.

From Kashi to Shri Ramrekha Dham

Under the guidance of Swami Janardan Acharya Ji, Swami Jayaram Prapann Ji remained in Kashi (Varanasi) until Jyeshtha 1941, engaging in deep spiritual development. In Vaishakh 1942, at the invitation of Raja Dharmajit Singh of Biru Garh, Guru Maharaj arrived in Biru. At the king's humble request and on the directive of his guru, he proceeded to Shri Ramrekha Dham.

At that time, Shri Harihar Das Ji was serving as the priest at the dham. Swami Jasram Prapann Ji Maharaj was then formally appointed as the Mahant (head spiritual leader) of Shri Ramrekha Dham.

At that time, worship at the dham included deities of Lord Ram, Lakshman, and Sita, along with Radha and Krishna. The priest resided in Phuljhir, while land in Masekera and Paledih was designated for providing offerings (Bhag Niyog).

On the occasion of Kartik Purnima, the Mahakur community of the area would organize Raaslila performances. The songs, dances, and artistic expressions of the forest dwellers gradually began to evolve into a full-fledged fair. During Magh Purnima, respected and devout people from nearby regions would visit the dham for worship.

Mahant Swami Jayaram Prapann Ji established the idols of Lord Jagannath, Balbhadra, and Subhadra, and began the tradition of organizing the Rath Yatra (chariot festival) on Ashadh Dvitiya. His devotion, discipline, worship practices, and his meticulous management and protection of the site left a deep impression on the local population.

Deeply moved by his intense devotion and spiritual discipline, Swami Ji had a vision in 1952 of five immortal saints who were secretly residing in the area.

Teachings of Pujya Swami Ji

Unity of God

God is one—eternal and everlasting. He is the creator of this universe and of all living beings. He is the one who nourishes and sustains everyone. He is the well-wisher of all and works for the welfare of the entire world.

Service to Humanity

As human beings, it is our duty to serve one another and love all living beings. We are entitled to act only in ways that benefit others. Doing good to others is dharma (righteousness); causing harm is adharma (unrighteousness). This is the eternal truth—this is human religion.

Various Paths

There are various human-made paths and sects, and each of these can lead to God. Over time, mankind has established different religions, sects, castes, and communities based on their individual needs and circumstances.

Strength in Unity

Therefore, it is the responsibility of all humans to rise above distinctions of religion, caste, creed, sect, and community, and always strive for each other's welfare and service. Altruism is the eternal duty of mankind and the true path to attaining God.

Religious Tolerance

Pujya Baba strongly believed that no person has the right to criticize any religion, sect, or belief system. Instead, one should embrace the common principles shared across all faiths, which promote unity and harmony among all humanity.

Ram's Name in Kaliyug

According to him, in Kaliyug (the present age), the essence of all religions is found in the name of Ram. The name of Ram is the means of universal welfare, and thus should be remembered at all times.

Ancient Scriptures

Speaking about ancient scriptures like the Vedas and Puranas, Baba said: 'These are the heritage of the entire human race. They teach the path to universal welfare. One should study them deeply and walk the path they outline. That is where true well-being lies for mankind.'

Shri Ramrekha Dham: A Living Pilgrimage

Shri Ramrekha Dham is a sacred site, comparable to Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura, and Rameshwaram. It is the place of karma and penance of Pujya Baba. Devotees from Bihar, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and other areas regularly come for darshan and worship.

Baba is a true saint and seeker. Saints themselves are considered living tirthas (pilgrimage sites). Worshipping a saint is equivalent to visiting a sacred shrine.

Baba's divine vision always remains upon his devotees. The very sight of him brings peace to the mind and illumination to the heart.

In addition to Guru Purnima, devotees gather at the dham during Kartik Purnima and Magh Purnima. All come with full faith and surrender at his sacred feet.
